How a deal runs.

In the desk's own order. A written reply within one working day; office hours 10:00 to 18:00 GST, Sunday to Thursday.

    Spec and quantity

    You name the product, the specification (EN 590 10 ppm, Gasoline 95, or your own sheet), the quantity and the delivery point or port.

  2. 02

    Written quote

    Price, incoterm, delivery window and the inspection route, in writing, within one working day of the request.

  3. 03

    Inspection and documents

    Certificate of analysis per parcel; third-party inspection on request; SDS and TDS supplied with the product.

  4. 04

    Delivery

    Drums, IBCs, ISO tanks or bulk, spot or recurring. Off-spec on arrival is treated, not argued about.
