“We make the impossible happen.”

APCO, on why clients ask for consultancy, sample sheet, 29 September 2026

Most of APCO's work today starts as a question: can this parcel be saved, will this blend meet the grade, is this certificate telling the truth. The answer comes in writing, with the numbers, within one working day.

Four shapes the work takes.

Every engagement is scoped in one email, priced in the next, and delivered as a document your technical lead can act on.

  1. 01

    A parcel that fails

You send the report and the target spec. We reply with the route: the chemistry, where it runs, what it costs per tonne, and what the treated parcel will read.

  2. 02

A blend that has to meet a grade

Feedstock analyses in, a blend plan out: ratios, the additive package, the parameters at risk and the margin on each.

  3. 03

    A recurring supply

Specification, inspection and treatment set up once, so every delivery arrives on spec with its report.

  4. 04

A buyer who needs a second opinion

A quality review of a seller's certificate and sample before you commit: what the numbers mean, what to re-test, what to negotiate.

Advice that is tested on the bench before it is written down.

APCO runs its own laboratory. A blend plan or a treatment route is trialled on the real sample before it reaches your inbox, and the trial result comes with it.

Thirty-five years in fuels. 18 countries served. Technical fuel-quality and blending advice only; APCO does not publish market forecasts.

Put the question in writing. The answer comes back with the numbers.

Quotes and treatment trials run from 10:00 to 18:00 GST, Sunday to Thursday. Reply by email, in writing, with the price and the lab route.
