What this site collects
Two forms, Request a quote and Send a sample, collect what you type into them: the product, specification, quantities, delivery point, your company, your work email, and a phone number if you give one. Nothing else is collected by the forms, and no field is required that the quote or the trial does not need.
Why
To answer the request you sent. Your details are used to prepare and send the quote or the trial booking and for the correspondence that follows. They are not added to a mailing list and are not shared with or sold to third parties.
Where it goes
A submitted form is delivered by email to APCO and a copy is held in the website's own storage for 90 days so a lost email can be recovered. The website runs on Cloudflare's network; the email is delivered through a transactional email provider. Both act on APCO's instructions.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. The forms save your draft answers in your own browser's session storage so a refresh does not lose them; that data never leaves your device unless you send the form. If aggregate traffic analytics are added, they will be cookie-free and this page will say so.
Error reports
If the site fails on your screen, a short technical report (the page address, the browser's name and the error text) may be sent to APCO so the fault can be fixed. It contains nothing you typed into a form.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask what APCO holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@apcoholding.ae from the address you used; APCO answers within one working day in office hours (10:00 to 18:00 GST, Sunday to Thursday).
